Lexine Hebets

Lexine Hebets, MD is a graduate of the University of Arizona College of Medicine. She earned her bachelors degree in Nursing from Northern Arizona University and completed her specialists training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Banner Good Samaritan Medical Center. 

Dr. Hebets began private practice in 1999 and board Certified in OBGYN in 2001.

In 2013 Dr Hebets certified as a Menopause Practitioner providing care in this unique stage of life.  She is also a Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner having completed her training with the Institute of Functional Medicine in 2018.

Dr. Hebets’ interests include menopause health, hormones replacement, preconception and contraception, weight loss and general wellness concerns in partnership with women of all ages to facilitate optimal health. 

She is actively involved in OBGYN resident education, working with OBGYN residents on completing their Integrative Medicine Fellowship in women’s health, and is an Associate Clinical Professor at the University of Arizona.

Originally from Iowa, Dr. Hebets moved to Arizona to complete her education. Outside interests include horseback riding, adventure travel hiking trekking with her husband, cooking with family and friends, whale watching, yoga, and ceramics.
